Let’s start by speaking honestly

This is my first blog post.

I’ve always struggled with writing.

I’ve always thought that I couldn’t write the kind of articles that people would want to read on a blog.

Especially when it comes to writing for others to read, my writing becomes as if it was written by someone else.

The reason I decided to try writing a blog was because I read “Writing Habit” by Yuki Ishikawa.

In the book, it said, “Speaking honestly resonates with the reader and makes it easier to make writing a habit.” I found this very insightful.

In this blog, I will continuously expose my “true feelings” and hope to leave something for the readers.

Even when talking face-to-face with people, I struggle to speak honestly.

I tend to read the room and end up accumulating stress.

If I had been able to speak more honestly, I might not have had to take a leave of absence from work due to mental illness.

From now on, I want to speak honestly in my real life and avoid accumulating stress.

In particular, I want to increase the opportunities to speak honestly without worrying about the other person’s reaction.

It’s very difficult for me to “not worry about the other person’s reaction”.

But still, I want to gradually change my actions and thoughts and improve my mental illness.

It is never too late to be what you might have been.
